My name is Josh Turk! I am a Third Year Student studying Games Design at Bournemouth University!
Fuelled by curiosity and a love for learning, I blend high-quality VFX with unique shaders to craft innovative and exciting sequences.
Why Technical VFX?
Studying both Computer Science and Graphic Design throughout my academic life has given me the ability to merge creative thinking with analytical problem-solving. My deep engagement with the creative process has taught me the value of refining and iterating on work, while my technical skills help enhance this further.
Specializing in technical VFX has allowed me to explore the world’s intricacies through a technical lens, leveraging various software tools to create realistic, impactful results. With strong experience in Unreal Engine and Blender, alongside familiarity with Unity, Houdini, and the Adobe Suite, I channel my technical curiosity into producing innovative, high-quality experiences that bring my creative visions to life.
